Movement screen (flexibility/mobility/breath control), lifestyle review, training history, limitations, goals.

Build
Improve movement quality with programming unique to your functional diagnosis (movement screen results), strength balance, recovery, and capacity.

Ascend
Return to higher levels of training pain-free with confidence and resilience. This is where you start to feel like YOU in your body again. By this point you have learned what your body needs specifically and feel confident implementing things for the long haul.

Freedom
Move through life, sport, and/or motherhood without constantly thinking about pain or what to do to see results. You stop over thinking and start moving confidently. This is the stage where people realize they can do harder things and set new goals and adventures to pursue.
